Earlier this month, the Heart Lake Bus Terminal located on Conestoga Drive was temporarily closed for upgrade projects, including accessibility enhancements, new boarding platforms with indicator surfaces, new lighting and updated tactile walking surfaces.

The temporary closure has led to bus stops within the terminal relocated to nearby on-street locations. The construction is expected to last through to the end of the year, and the city says local residents and transit riders can expect noise due to the improvement work.
