Edmonton city council held a special meeting Friday morning to discuss an update on infill development. The meeting came a week after the provincial government announced it was forcing the city to repeal its zoning bylaws to 2024 rules. As the CBC’s Tristan Mottershead reports, the city has made zero progress toward changing these rules due to frustrations.
