Toronto and much of the Greater Toronto Area are expected to see sunny skies and relatively mild temperatures on Sunday, Oct. 18, according to Environment Canada.
Toronto and Mississauga are forecast to reach daytime highs of 16 C, while temperatures in Halton Region are expected to peak at 15 C. Hamilton is also forecast to reach a high of 16 C.

The sunny conditions will come with some noticeable winds across southern Ontario.
Southwesterly winds are expected to strengthen during the morning, reaching around 20 km/h with gusts of up to 40 km/h in Toronto, Mississauga and Halton.
Hamilton could see even stronger winds, with speeds reaching 30 km/h and gusts of up to 50 km/h during the day.
Despite the wind, the combination of sunshine and temperatures in the mid-teens should make for a relatively pleasant October day across much of the region.
The UV index is forecast to reach 4, or moderate, across Toronto and the surrounding GTA. A moderate UV index means people spending extended periods outdoors may still want to consider sun protection, even with the cooler fall temperatures.
Conditions are expected to remain clear heading into Sunday evening and overnight.

Temperatures will drop significantly after sunset, falling to around 5 C overnight across Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton and Halton.
The roughly 10-degree difference between daytime highs and overnight lows means residents heading out Sunday evening may want to bring an extra layer, particularly as temperatures fall later in the day.
The forecast continues a stretch of typical mid-October weather for southern Ontario, when mild and sunny daytime conditions can quickly give way to much cooler temperatures overnight.
Environment Canada forecasts and weather alerts can change as conditions develop, and residents are encouraged to check the latest local forecast before heading out.
