For the second night in a row, Mississauga and Brampton are under a weather alert.

Environment Canada has issued a yellow frost advisory for the cities.

Additionally, it covers St. Catharines, Grimsby, Niagara Falls, Welland, and Niagara Region as a whole.

“Patchy frost is expected tonight, particularly for inland areas,” Environment Canada said.

“Take preventative measures to protect cold-sensitive plants, trees, and crops. Cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas.”

It’s the latest of several frost advisories issued by Environment Canada this week.
