In written answers to Bramptonist on October 27, Daniels representative Keyna Sarkar confirmed that every rental home includes one attached-garage parking space and one driveway space.
Utilities are additional. Sarkar identified electricity and water among residents’ costs and said amounts vary with individual usage and the service provider. Daniels did not provide a standard utility amount or calculation. The advertised starting rent should therefore not be read as a complete monthly household bill.
One free month, with conditions
In her latest October 27 reply, Sarkar said the one-month-free promotion currently applies to all available units through the end of October. Earlier answers confirmed that applicants must be approved, meet the promotion’s conditions and take a lease of at least 12 months.
The company mentioned a possible extension, but did not confirm one. The offer concerns available homes, not a guarantee that all 84 townhomes are ready to rent. Prospective tenants should confirm the current offer, eligible home and how the credit will be applied with the leasing team before committing.
Before signing, ask for the lease schedule showing which charges sit outside base rent, how utility bills reach the tenant and which month receives the promotional credit. Those details help a household compare offers without assuming the free month covers its upfront payments.
Match the home to the household
Accessibility features also differ between homes. Daniels’ October 26 written answers identified one home with an installed elevator and two with elevator rough-ins. A rough-in is not an installed elevator; households needing particular features should confirm the exact home and arrangements rather than rely on a general accessibility description.
