Terence “Bud” Crawford turned professional in 2008 and retired in December 2025 with a perfect 42-0 record and 31 knockouts. He won world titles in five divisions and was the first male boxer to become undisputed champion in three weight classes (our report).

His first world title came in Glasgow in 2014, when he beat Ricky Burns for the WBO lightweight title. He became undisputed at light welterweight in 2017 and at welterweight in 2023, when he put Errol Spence Jr. down three times and stopped him in round nine (our report).

In 2024 he moved up to 154 pounds to beat Israil Madrimov for the WBA title. In September 2025 he moved up again, to 168, and beat Canelo Alvarez on a unanimous decision in Las Vegas to become undisputed super middleweight champion (our report). Max Boxing named it the upset of the year.
