The KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack just became the first movie soundtrack ever to have four songs simultaneously chart in the top 10 in the Billboard Hot 100‘s 67-year history.

Golden, the big finale number in the movie, pushed Alex Warren’s Ordinary out of the top spot last week after it enjoyed 10 weeks at No. 1. Golden maintained its lead again this week, with movie tracks Your Idol and Soda Pop following close behind in the fourth and fifth spots, respectively. The top 10 is rounded out by How It’s Done, which rose four spots this week.

The four songs are attributed to fictional bands that sing them in the movie: HUNTR/X and Saja Boys, as well as real singers behind the animated characters: Ejae, Audrey Nuna, Rei Ami, Andrew Choi, Neckwav, Danny Chung, Kevin Woo and samUIL Lee.

The 1995 Waiting to Exhale soundtrack, featuring Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Brandy and more, was the last movie to come close to this feat. Although five songs from the film charted, they weren’t on the list at the same time, but spread out over two years.

The creator of KPop Demon Hunters, Toronto’s Maggie Kang, said the team knew “the music had to stand on its own and be able to compete with all the pop songs out there, because K-pop is so good,” in an interview with the Canadian Press. “Our songs had to be bops, but they also had to tell a story,” she continued.

Producers who work with real-life K-pop superstars including Blackpink, Taeyang and BTS were enlisted to work on songs for the soundtrack, as well as Ian Eisendrath, who helped create the Broadway hit musical Come From Away.

Beyond KPop Demon Hunters, Canadian pop is also well-represented in the current Billboard top 10. Tate McRae shares the No. 3 spot with country singer Morgan Wallen for their collab What I Want, and Justin Bieber’s Daisies sits comfortably at No. 8.
