Needless to say, Inter\u2019s performance renewed optimism among the Nerazzurri faithful.<\/p>\n
Now, Cassano shared his view of the managerial change at San Siro.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve been saying for four years that it\u2019s a very strong team,\u201d Cassano claimed. \u201cOn paper, Inter and Napoli are the strongest, as Adani says.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve always said that even if Inter had won the Champions League, it would have been a failed season.<\/p>\n
\u201cI said it, and I took some risks. Over time, it\u2019s become clear that their coach only cared about leaving.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe was thinking about other things, the Arab money, other matters, and he destroyed Inter.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor four years, the team played only one way, and many said it was beautiful football.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe players were strong before and they are strong now.<\/p>\n
\u201cHowever, I was convinced by the high pressing even at 0-0, instead of sitting back like they did under Inzaghi.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey pressed high, played man-to-man in the back. I often saw them go straight at the strikers against Torino.<\/p>\n
