Queen Latifah<\/a> and her son Rebel had a rare night out as the two attended a WNBA game this week.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n Photos taken at the Barclays Center Arena in Brooklyn on Monday, Aug. 25, showed the Equalizer alum, 55, posing with her child for a fun photo op with players from the Connecticut Sun.\n<\/p>\n Olivia Nelson-Ododa, Aaliyah Edwards and Bria Hartley gathered around the star and her little boy as they all smiled while standing on the basketball court.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n Queen Latifah and her son Rebel with Connecticut Sun players on Aug. 25.<\/p>\n Catalina Fragoso\/NBAE via Getty<\/p>\n Another photo showed the mother-son duo snapping it up with Jonquel Jones, a member of the opposing team, the New York Liberty.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n The 31-year-old center wore a white version of her team\u2019s uniform, while Rebel wore the alternate seafoam color, which coincidentally is the 2023 WNBA Nike Rebel Edition<\/a> jersey.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n It features the word \u201cEquality\u201d at the top, and the best-selling item was released to represent the Liberty\u2019s ongoing commitment to equality and social justice.\n<\/p>\n Queen Latifah and her son Rebel on August 25, 2025 at Barclays Center.<\/p>\n Catalina Fragoso\/NBAE via Getty<\/p>\n Latifah shares her son with partner Eboni Nichols, 47. The Living Single alum is private about her personal life and typically keeps them both out of the public eye.\n<\/p>\n “I will probably be six months pregnant before anyone knows about it and I won\u2019t talk about the baby until after it\u2019s born,” she told SF Gate<\/a> in 2008.\n<\/p>\n On March 19, just one day after Latifah\u2019s milestone birthday, she, Eboni and Rebel were seen at an NBA game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Denver Nuggets at Crypto.com Arena in L.A.\n<\/p>\n The family seems to be big fans of sports.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n In late July 2024, Rebel joined the Just Wright actress on a trip to Paris as the pair cheered on Team USA at the Summer Olympics<\/a>.
