Shania Twain celebrated her milestone 60th birthday on Instagram <\/a>Thursday, sharing a throwback photo from earlier in her career and a new underwear-clad photo.<\/p>\n The first image showed a younger Twain in a dressing room wearing a vibrant blue outfit. She rocked a signature 1980s hairdo as she smiled at the camera. <\/p>\n Shania Twain in the 1980s. shaniatwain\/Instagram<\/p>\n In the second photo, the singer wore nothing but a long-sleeved white dress shirt and a pair of black underwear as she struck a sexy pose with one of her hands over her head. <\/p>\n Behind Twain were the lyrics \u201cMake no conditions get a little outta line\u201d from her hit song \u201cMan!
