Still, there were some strong holds out there and one big new milestone.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tMarvel\/Disney\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/the-fantastic-four-first-steps\/\" id=\"auto-tag_the-fantastic-four-first-steps\" data-tag=\"the-fantastic-four-first-steps\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Fantastic Four: First Steps<\/a> crossed the five-century mark globally, reaching $505.1M in the 6th frame. The offshore cume is $240.5M after adding $4.4M this weekend. That was just a 29% drop from last session, with significant holds in key majors including Brazil (+35%\/No. 1 again), UK (-1%), France (-24%), Mexico (-33%), Spain (-36%), Australia (-37%) and Netherlands (-38%).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tF4:FS remains the highest grossing superhero release of 2025 across the Latin American region as well as Italy and Thailand. It\u2019s the No. 8 studio movie of the year both internationally and worldwide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe Top 5 overseas for the family are: UK ($31M), Mexico ($28.2M), France ($16.2M), Brazil ($14.4M) and Australia ($11.4M).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tNew movies this session included Searchlight\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/the-roses\/\" id=\"auto-tag_the-roses\" data-tag=\"the-roses\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Roses<\/a> with $9.2M in 40 overseas markets ($17.2M global including the estimated 4-day domestic opening). The comedy update was No. 1 in the UK, Belgium, Netherlands and a handful of other markets.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tOpening in about 89% of the international footprint, the start is comping ahead of Game Night in like-for-likes at today\u2019s rates. In the Netherlands, the Olivia Colman\/Benedict Cumberbatch-starrer posted the biggest opening weekend ever for Searchlight (excluding previews).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe Top 5 starts are: UK ($3M), Germany ($800K), France ($800K), Netherlands ($700K) and Italy ($600K).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tKey markets still to release include Australia, Korea and Japan.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tHoldover play for the studios was led by Universal\/DreamWorks Animation\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/the-bad-guys-2\/\" id=\"auto-tag_the-bad-guys-2\" data-tag=\"the-bad-guys-2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Bad Guys 2<\/a> which added another six markets, including Germany. In total, 75 offshore markets rustled up $12.5M for a $103.5M international cume and $176.5M global so far. The overseas drop was a mere 19% while the sequel is running above the original, excluding China.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tAt present, the Top 5 markets are: China ($23.3M), UK ($15.9M), France ($10.5M), Spain ($7.2M) and Mexico ($6M).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tAustralia releases later this month.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tNew Line\/Warner Bros\u2019 Weapons put another $9.4M in the arsenal from 74 offshore markets, taking the overseas cume to $100M and global to $234.6M. The drop internationally was 30% with notable holds in some key markets including Brazil (-1%), France (-13%), Spain (-23%), Italy (-24%), Germany (-25%), UK (-26%) and Netherlands (-29%).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe Top 5 through Sunday are: UK ($13.9M), Mexico ($8.6M), France ($7.6M), Spain ($7M) and Australia ($5.9M).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tElsewhere, and before it debuts domestically in a little under two weeks, <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/demon-slayer-kimetsu-no-yaiba-infinity-castle\/\" id=\"auto-tag_demon-slayer-kimetsu-no-yaiba-infinity-castle\" data-tag=\"demon-slayer-kimetsu-no-yaiba-infinity-castle\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle<\/a> continued its Southeast Asia run via Sony\/Crunchyroll, lifting the cume to $42M from nine markets after a $4.3M third weekend. The anime hit is now bigger than Incredibles 2, Ne Zha 2, Toy Story 4, Moana 2\u00a0and\u00a0The Super Mario Bros. Movie\u00a0across like markets. Among those are Hong Kong ($9.4M),\u00a0Indonesia ($6.9M), Thailand\u00a0($6.5M),\u00a0Malaysia\u00a0($5.9M),\u00a0Philippines\u00a0($5.8M), and\u00a0Vietnam\u00a0($4.4M).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn total, including non-Sony markets, comScore has the international weekend at $20.4M while the global cume on the Toho\/Ufotable movie has surpassed $250M.
