Hall of Famer \u2018Sugar\u2019 Shane Mosley<\/a> has shared his final verdict on the upcoming clash between Canelo Alvarez<\/a> and Terence Crawford<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Canelo will put his undisputed super-middleweight world championship up for grabs when he clashes with \u2018Bud\u2019 Crawford on Saturday September 13 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Mexican superstar began his second reign as undisputed champion at 168lbs back in May when he defeated Cuba\u2019s William Scull via unanimous decision to add the IBF title to his collection after vacating the belt not long before.<\/p>\n

One fighter that has experience in sharing the ring with Canelo is three-division world champion Mosley, who was beaten via unanimous decision by the Mexican star when they clashed for the WBC super-welterweight title back in May 2012.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Fight Hub TV<\/a>, Mosley admitted that whilst he expects the showdown between Canelo and Crawford to be competitive during the early stages of the fight, he claims that his former foe will go on to be victorious.<\/p>\n

\u201cI see Crawford and Canelo having a good fight for the first four rounds but then I see Canelo slowly commanding the fight and winning.\u201d<\/p>\n

He was then asked to give his reason for backing his former rival.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s too big \u2026 I think Crawford\u2019s doing an excellent job moving up [in weight], he\u2019s great, very courageous. He\u2019s doing all the right things, I just think that Canelo\u2019s too big.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a previous prediction, Mosley has said the fight will turn out \u2018pretty easy\u2019 for Canelo.<\/a><\/p>\n
