Megan Fox<\/a> and Brian Austin Green<\/a>‘s three kids are transforming into their own people.<\/p>\n Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 9, looked all grown up as they helped their 3-year-old brother Zane\u2014who Brian shares with fianc\u00e9e Sharna Burgess<\/a>\u2014get ready for school. In video shared by Sharna on Instagram Sept. 2, the three cheered on their younger sibling while he held up a sign reading, “Zane’s First Day of Pre-K!”<\/p>\n “Is that your sign?” one of the older kids asked off-camera, as Zane showed off his plaque. “Does that say your name?”<\/p>\n As the toddler turned to read the sign, his older sibling cheerfully chimed in, “It says Zane!”<\/p>\n Needless to say, Sharna was moved by the heartwarming family moment.<\/p>\n “My big boy is still little\u2026 but today when he woke up he felt a little bigger, a little more grown, and a little bit less my baby,” the Dancing With the Stars alum wrote in the caption<\/a>. “His siblings hyped him up this morning as you can hear, and we all went to support his first morning drop off.”<\/p>\n Raving about her “blended tribe,” Sharna added, “We are so lucky.”<\/p>\n
