It appears the recent teases of AJ Lee<\/a> returning to WWE<\/a> are true. And a new report suggests she\u2019ll be back in the ring sooner rather than later.<\/p>\n

Sunday\u2019s WWE Clash in Paris premium live event ended with Becky Lynch<\/a> siding with her husband, Seth Rollins<\/a>, on screen to take down CM Punk<\/a>. This immediately led to online reports<\/a> and speculation that Punk\u2019s wife, AJ Lee, was on her way back to the company. <\/p>\n

The fans of speculation were flamed the following day on WWE RAW when an in-ring back-and-forth promo took place between Lynch and Punk. With SmackDown scheduled for Punk\u2019s hometown of Chicago this Friday, it appears AJ could return as early as this week.<\/p>\n

Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer confirmed to his Twitter subscribers<\/a> this afternoon that the working plan for WWE Wrestlepalooza<\/a> is CM Punk and AJ Lee going up against Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch, tweeting out:<\/p>\n

\u201cSo Punk & AJ vs. Seth & Becky is planned for WrestlePalooza,\u201d Bryan Alvarez said in a post.<\/p>\n

Fightful (via Fightful Select<\/a>) later confirmed the initial report by F4WOnline.com. <\/p>\n

It appears WWE is looking to pull out all the stops for its first premium live event on ESPN. The event will also go head-to-head with AEW All Out the same evening. <\/p>\n
