Novak Djokovic<\/a> celebrated with a dance move from his daughter’s new favorite film after his US Open<\/a> victory on Tuesday evening.<\/p>\n

The Serbian defeated Taylor Fritz<\/a> over four sets in a strong performance from one of the greatest of all-time, having recently acknowledged that he’s struggling in big matches<\/a> as he comes towards the end of his career.<\/p>\n

Djokovic looked at his best to book his spot in the final four, before celebrating in unique style. He later explained his moves – admitting it’s a nod towards a new teen blockbuster film.<\/p>\n

He hit a move that is seen in the new film “KPop Demon Hunters”, explaining that his daughter, Tara, 8, is a huge fan. Djokovic admitted that his progression at the US Open has not gone down well with Tara.<\/a><\/p>\n

He said: “We are at home doing different choreographies, and this is one of them. Hopefully I\u2019ll make her smile when she wakes up in the morning.”<\/p>\n

KPop Demon Hunters has quickly become Netflix’ most-streamed film of all-time, with over 236m million views as of this week. It’s soundtrack has even entered the charts in the U.S. and U.K.<\/p>\n

Djokovic admitted he had his struggles in the tournament in the early rounds, dropping sets in the second and third rounds against unranked opponents.<\/p>\n

The Serbian has not played since Wimbledon, seemingly reserving his body for the majors at this point in his career while coming towards the end.<\/p>\n

After his first round win, he said: “Well, I started great. Just over 20 minutes, first set, I felt really good. Then some long games to start the second set, and then I start to feel really – I don’t know why. I really was surprised how bad I was feeling in the second physically.<\/p>\n

“There are positives but also things that hopefully won’t happen in terms of, like, how I feel on the court physically the way I felt in the second set. Hopefully that doesn’t happen, because then it makes my life on the court definitely much more challenging.<\/p>\n

“Good thing, two days off now. But yeah, it’s slightly a concern. I don’t know. I don’t have any injury or anything. I just struggled a lot to stay in long exchanges and recover after points.”<\/p>\n
