The fight does not have an announced date or location yet, but they are targeting a time in spring 2026. TMZ<\/a> first announced the news, with Uncrowned confirming the details. Tyson also announced the fight on X Thursday.<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n The exhibition will reportedly not appear on either of their official records, which is especially good for Mayweather, who currently boasts a stunning 50-0 record across pro fights.<\/p>\n Tyson teased a poster for the bout on his social media, with the matchup reportedly being billed as “Legend vs. Legend.”<\/p>\n It’s an epic matchup for an exhibition, but also a head-scratcher: Tyson, 59, came out of retirement in 2024<\/a> for an uninspiring loss to Jake Paul. Prior to that, Tyson’s last professional fight was in 2005.<\/p>\n Mayweather, who is 48, had his last professional bout in 2017. Since then, he has appeared in a few exhibitions, including his own fight against Paul’s brother, Logan Paul<\/a>.
