In her corner was Alex, the former two-division UFC champion, and coach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmafighting.com\/fighter\/1706\/plinio-cruz\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Plinio Cruz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"34uir6\">Watch Pereira celebrate with her team below.<\/p>\n<p id=\"JdbALp\">Pereira, 34, was heavily favored heading into Karate Combat 56 coming off of knockout wins in her first two outings for the promotion.
