Raheem Sterling is willing to wait to make his next move after failing to secure a move away from Chelsea this summer according to Ben Jacobs.<\/p>\n

Sterling was one of a number of players Chelsea were looking to move on this summer, and they were always going to face a difficult task moving the winger one.<\/p>\n

The 30-year-old\u2019s career has been on a steady decline since joining from Manchester City in 2022 in a deal worth \u00a350m.<\/p>\n

Raheem Sterling willing to wait for his next club<\/p>\n

It became apparent very quickly that Sterling wasn\u2019t going to be part of Enzo Maresca\u2019s plans, and he was frozen out of the first team picture last summer.<\/p>\n

It appeared Sterling would remain at the club, but he secured a deadline day loan move to Arsenal, but his struggles continued in north London with just one goal in 28 appearances in all competitions.<\/p>\n

Sterling is back at Chelsea training with the \u201cbomb squad\u201d and had attracted interest from three Premier League clubs.<\/p>\n

However, the Blues didn\u2019t receive any offers for Sterling on deadline day<\/a>, and he\u2019s now set to remain at the club until at least January.<\/p>\n

Sterling has made it clear he doesn\u2019t want to move to Saudi Arabia<\/a> despite their window still being open, and Jacobs has provided an update on the situation.<\/p>\n

Jacobs has reported for Give Me Sport<\/a> that Sterling is willing to wait for his next move, and ideally wants to remain in London.<\/p>\n

He adds that Chelsea are unlikely to terminate Sterling\u2019s contract, but the subject has yet to be discussed between the parties.<\/p>\n

Axel Disasi could join Besiktas<\/p>\n

Sterling isn\u2019t the only player Chelsea failed to move on, with Axel Disasi also falling into that category despite having loan offers.<\/p>\n

Disasi is said to have turned down three offers from Premier League clubs on deadline day, and now faces the prospect of playing no football until January.<\/p>\n
