During an appearance on \u201cLate Night With Seth Meyers\u201d<\/a> last Friday, the \u201cMask of Zorro\u201d actress, 55, spoke about how her role as Morticia Addams on Netflix\u2019s hit show \u201cWednesday\u201d<\/a> gained her a \u201cnew generation of fans.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWhat was really great about what\u2019s happening in this \u2026 is that I\u2019ve got this, like, new kind of generation of fans,\u201d she told host Seth Meyers.<\/p>\n Catherine Zeta-Jones was called out by critics for the \u201ccreepy\u201d comment she made about a pre-teen fan. Thanks.\u201d<\/p>\n Zeta-Jones\u2019 comments were met with backlash from fans who found it \u201cinappropriate\u201d for her to be discussing a young boy in that manner.<\/p>\n \u201cListen, I know she is married to a\u00a0much\u00a0older man, but she was one whole adult when she made that decision. Thinking and speaking about a literal child in this manner is unacceptable and I am absolutely appalled that she thought this would be a cute story to share with the world.
