In Scotland, it&#8217;s also called Pension Age Disability Payment.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the significant financial help on offer \u2014 up to \u00a3110.40 per week or \u00a3441.60 every four weeks \u2014 pension specialists say many people still don\u2019t realise they qualify.<\/p>\n<p>Money Saving Expert founder Martin Lewis has been campaigning to get more people to see if they are eligible.<\/p>\n<p>Important. These range from arthritis, back pain and frailty to serious neurological conditions like Parkinson\u2019s and multiple sclerosis.
