September 9, 2025 \u2013 Epstein Becker Green is pleased to announce that Jenny Yu has joined the firm\u2019s distinguished Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice as a Member of the Firm in Los Angeles. She joins the firm from Lewis Brisbois.<\/p>\n
Yu is an experienced employment litigator who focuses on wage and hour matters, class actions, and representative actions under California\u2019s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), as well as Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. She also counsels employers on wage and hour compliance, leave laws, and workplace policies.<\/p>\n

A courtroom veteran at the state and district court levels, Yu manages claims and matters from inception through trial in both jury and bench settings. She has represented startups, established companies, educational institutions, governmental entities, and nonprofits in matters spanning wage and hour, employment, and business litigation.<\/p>\n

Yu earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. in Cognitive Science with an emphasis on Computational Modeling from the University of California, Berkeley. She is admitted to practice in California and New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California.<\/p>\n
