However, they were told that all units in that tower were already sold out, so they were taken to another building with an even more extravagant offering\u2014106 floors and a private helipad<\/a>.
As the group explored the second building, Archana took interest in a unit that featured a private indoor pool. Things took a humorous turn when the manager casually hinted that the space would be ideal for romantic moments between Archana and Parmeet. The unexpected suggestion caught both of them off guard, prompting an embarrassed chuckle. Adding to the moment, one of their sons jokingly remarked that the salesman had picked the wrong audience for such a pitch. Sethi quipped, “This shouldn’t be on the sales pitch!”<\/p>\n

Later, the conversation shifted to financial details. The manager mentioned that the apartment could be rented out, making it a self-sustaining investment. When Parmeet asked about the price and was told the cost was 5 million dirhams\u2014approximately Rs 12 crore\u2014he pretended to lose his balance, playing up the shock for laughs.<\/p>\n
