KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The Western Michigan women’s tennis team opens its Fall schedule this weekend at the Hope College Invitational at the VandePoel-Heeringa Stadium Courts on Friday and Saturday.\u00a0<\/p>\n
WMU’s Lola Glantz<\/a> and Sienna Osborne<\/a> both earned byes in the A Singles Draw, while Polina Khotko<\/a> and Frida Weijerman<\/a> did the same in the B draw. Audrey Smitek<\/a> has a bye to open the C Draw, while freshman Ayana Yaguchi<\/a> will open against Nathalie Ramazzini from Roosevelt University. In the D draw, sophomore Marielou Baudouin<\/a> has a bye to open, while freshman Xington Jiang opens the E draw against Mia Graziano from St. Mary’s College.<\/p>\n In doubles, Glantz and Yaguchi are paired up in the A draw along with Osborne and Khotko. Both teams have byes. Weijerman and Baudouin represent WMU in the B draw, starting off on a bye, as will Smitek and Jiang in the C draw.\u00a0
