Travis Hunter is finally taking his baby boy home. The Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a> star rookie and his wife Leanna just took their newborn home from the NICU, and they’re sharing their family\u2019s journey with fans online.<\/p>\n

Hunter, the star wide receiver who played for Coach Prime and the Colorado Buffaloes before becoming the No. 2 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft,<\/a> recently surprised fans by revealing Leanna had given birth to the newlyweds\u2019 first child on August 27. The pair, who got married on May 24, kept their baby news completely private, even giving birth without fans knowing.<\/p>\n

While the Heisman Trophy<\/a> winner and his wife have yet to reveal their son\u2019s name, they did share an update, showing Travis beaming from ear to ear as he puts his son in an infant car seat and takes him out of the NICU for the very first time.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe feeling of finally breaking our baby boy out the NICU,\u201d Leanna captioned the video of Hunter dutifully securing his son\u2019s car seat before effortlessly carrying him out of the room.<\/p>\n

\u201cCongratulations, praying for you all,\u201d wrote one empathetic fan. Another added, \u201cHis smile literally lights up a room.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI love this for y\u2019all,\u201d shared another fan, while others shared stories of their own baby\u2019s NICU experiences, turning the comment section on this post into an online support system for parents of newborns who have experienced a similar birthing journey to Travis and Leanna Hunter.<\/p>\n

While Leanna and Travis Hunter managed to keep her pregnancy and their son\u2019s birth under wraps, the influencer and the NFL star documented their whole journey with video vlogs they’re now sharing that capture the growing family from the moment they learned they were pregnant until their sweet son\u2019s birth.<\/p>\n

The Hunters encapsulated Leanna\u2019s pregnancy and the couple\u2019s son\u2019s birth in a video shared to YouTube titled, \u201cDear Son\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

In the emotional video, the couple can be seen eagerly awaiting to learn which team Travis would play for in the NFL, the birth of their son, and even a dream Leanna had early in her pregnancy that predicted she\u2019d be having a boy.<\/p>\n

Hunter, who\u2019s known as one of the most level-headed players in the NFL (not to mention one of the most talented), is a fan favorite. A standout as a two-way player<\/a>\u2014playing offense as wide receiver and defense as a cornerback\u2014makes him a rare talent considered to be a potential game-changer in the NFL.<\/p>\n
