As a farewell gesture, the hotel surprised the singer with an away Hajduk Split football kit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cWhat an honor it was to welcome Ed Sheeran to Hotel Ambasador! After filming part of his latest music video on our rooftop, our General Manager, Stipe Medi\u0107, made sure he experienced a true taste of Split \u2013 a jersey from our beloved Hajduk, sporting his name and favorite number on the back. Thank you, Ed, for choosing to feature Hotel Ambasador. We love seeing Split on the world stage through your music,\u201d the hotel wrote, sharing a photo of Sheeran with the shirt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Football holds a special place in Sheeran\u2019s life. The singer is a lifelong supporter of Ipswich Town, his hometown club, where he is also a shareholder.
