Jessie J<\/a> is finally addressing the 2022 interview in which Mel B<\/a> called her a \u201cd\u2014head.\u201d<\/p>\n

During her September 10 appearance on KISS FM\u2019s Say It Or Shot It, Jessie was asked about the star\u2019s comment.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo on TV, Mel B, she said I was a d\u2014head, out of nowhere,\u201d Jessie explained.<\/p>\n

The specific interview aired on Channel 4\u2032s Big Narstie Show in 2022, via Billboard<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Jessie recaps what happened, recalling the interview where someone asked Mel to name three people being a \u201cd\u2014head.\u201d Mel named Jessie, her fellow Spice Girls<\/a> band mate Geri Halliwell<\/a>, and talk show host James Corden. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I was like, I\u2019ve literally met her once,\u201d said the \u201cBang Bang\u201d singer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

According to Jessie, she and Mel had only met one time during the Olympics and never worked together. When the 37-year-old songstress later heard Mel\u2018s comment, she wanted to follow-up and find out what she had done to warrant the crude remark, but then thought better of it.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I was like, you know what? That\u2019s your opinion, it is what it is,\u201d Jessie told the KISS FM show host. <\/p>\n

The 2022 interview wasn\u2019t the first time Mel had shaded Jessie either. The \u201cPrice Tag\u201d singer previously responded to Mel labeling her \u201coverrated\u201d<\/a> during a 2019 chat with Heart.<\/p>\n
