Jamie O\u2019Hara has hit out at Ruben Amorim for being \u201carrogant\u201d and \u201cstuck in his ways\u201d as he feels Manchester United need to \u201cbite the bullet\u201d and get rid of him.<\/p>\n

They have four points from as many games in the league, and suffered an embarrassing League Cup loss to League Two Grimsby.<\/p>\n Pressure in the media is ramping up on manager Amorim<\/a>, who is struggling to get his side playing well, and former Premier League midfielder O\u2019Hara feels it\u2019s time to go as he ranted about United\u2019s issues under the boss.<\/p>\n He said on Sky Sports<\/a>: \u201cThey\u2019re terrible, they\u2019re 100 per cent getting worse. I can\u2019t see how this can continue. They keep saying they want to back the manager and they\u2019re going to stick with it, they are awful.<\/p>\n \u201cThey\u2019re one of the worst Man United teams I\u2019ve ever seen. Win percentage is one of the worst since World War Two.<\/p>\n \u201cI think they\u2019ve got 31 points from 31 games that he\u2019s been involved in. He\u2019s been backed, he\u2019s got players in and they\u2019re still terrible.<\/p>\n \u201cThe formation doesn\u2019t work, they\u2019ve got no identity, the players have got a complete lack of confidence on the ball, without the ball.<\/p>\n \u201cThey don\u2019t get the system, they cannot make it work, and Ruben Amorim is so arrogant and so stuck in his ways of \u2018this is how I\u2019m going to play.\u2019 You\u2019re basically telling the team every single week this is how Man United are going to set up, this is the performance they\u2019re going to put in and let\u2019s work on that and go and beat them.\u201d<\/p>\n O\u2019Hara also feels that Bruno Fernandes is having the creativity sucked out of him by being played in the wrong role.<\/p>\n \u201cThey get over in midfield every single week. They\u2019ve got one of the best creative midfielders in the world in Bruno Fernandes, they\u2019re trying to play him as a No.6, he\u2019s not a No.6, he\u2019s a No.10, he\u2019s an attacking midfielder.<\/p>\n \u201cYou\u2019re taking everything away from his game.
