FORT MYERS, Fla. \u2013 Florida Gulf Coast women’s soccer goalkeeper Madara Matrevica<\/a> was named the ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week, the conference announced Monday.<\/p>\n

Matrevica earned her first career honor after posting a clean sheet against Grambling State, the second of her career. Her performance in goal propelled FGCU to a 3-0 win over the Tigers.<\/p>\n

Matrevica’s award is the second weekly award for the Eagles of the 2025 season, joining Ryanne Robinson’s<\/a> Defensive Player of the Week nod from Sept. 2.<\/p>\n

Next, Matrevica and FGCU open conference play at Stetson at 1 p.m. Sept. 21.<\/p>\n
