{"id":151034,"date":"2025-09-17T19:21:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-17T19:21:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/151034\/"},"modified":"2025-09-17T19:21:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-17T19:21:07","slug":"2-suspects-charged-after-man-stabbed-in-the-throat-in-brampton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/151034\/","title":{"rendered":"2 suspects charged after man stabbed in the throat in Brampton"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Two men are facing charges after a man was stabbed and seriously injured during a car sale in Brampton earlier this year. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.peelpolice.ca\/modules\/news\/index.aspx?newsId=029d8a92-5b75-4947-ba4e-9b4ef44e9dd9\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.peelpolice.ca\/modules\/news\/index.aspx?newsId=029d8a92-5b75-4947-ba4e-9b4ef44e9dd9\">Peel police said<\/a> a man selling his Dodge Challenger on Facebook Marketplace met with two people on May 10 for a test drive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">During that time, one suspect allegedly brandished an edged weapon and threatened the seller.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Police said when he refused to get out of the vehicle, the suspect stabbed the man in the throat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The two suspects subsequently fled in the Dodge, leaving the victim with serious injuries, police said.
