Despite difficult circumstances and limited resources, he succeeded in placing Palestine on the regional and international golf map and worked tirelessly to create opportunities for Palestinian players to compete in Arab and global tournaments.

1975 Arab Golf Federation Cup – Team Palestine

He was known to all as a passionate and committed leader with a clear vision for expanding the sport’s base, always striving to build bridges between Arab federations and promote a spirit of sporting unity. His contributions went beyond administration; he was present at every event, supporting players, encouraging emerging talents, and believing that golf could serve as a tool for connection and peace.

The passing of Tarek Husseini is not only a loss for Palestine but for Arab golf as a whole. The sport has lost an influential voice and an exceptional leader.
