St. John\u2019s, NL, to Victoria, B.C. &#8212; are shaping Canada\u2019s dining culture, with the list reflecting \u201cthe talent, diversity and creativity fuelling the country\u2019s culinary scene.\u201d<br \/>\nIt says finalists are also recognized for the quality of their food and level of service, along with their commitment to culture.<br \/>\n\u201cEach finalist tells its own story, panel of trusted culinary voices.\u201d<br \/>\nIt says an anonymous \u201cculinary expert\u201d visited the shortlisted restaurants \u201cas any guest would.\u201d A framework, in collaboration with
