The bottom of the inning? Well, Max Scherzer gave up five runs before getting his first out. The inning went:<\/p>\n
And that was it for Max. Seven hits, seven runs, one walk, two strikeouts while getting two outs. ERA jumps to 5.06 from 4.31 at the start of the game.<\/p>\n
If he\u2019s going to have a spot in the playoff rotation, his next and last start of the year will have to be amazing.<\/p>\n

Then Tyler Heineman gave up nine hits, seven earned.<\/p>\n
