We had a bit of drama on social media involving journalist Renaud Lavoie and former Montreal Canadiens scout Grant McCagg.<\/p>\n
Following a bold comment from McCagg – who believes Oliver Kapanen<\/a> might be the Canadiens’ solution for the second-line center role – Renaud Lavoie reposted it with an eye-roll.<\/p>\n After this “comment” from the TVA Sports journalist, former Canadiens scout Grant McCagg immediately clapped back.<\/p>\n Former Montreal Canadiens scout Grant McCagg shares his thoughts with Renaud Lavoie<\/p>\n The original post was as follows..<\/p>\n “Do not rule out Kapanen playing with Demidov and Bolduc. I lay out the reasons why it’s a possibility in this video scouting report on Kapanen”<\/p>\n – Grant McCagg<\/p>\n And to Renaud Lavoie, McCagg immediately responded with this:<\/p>\n “Hard to argue with your response.
