Jennifer Aniston was stunned to find out she\u2019d never known Reese Witherspoon\u2019s real name \u2014 even after decades of friendship.<\/p>\n

The pair recently tested their 25-year friendship<\/a> in a lively round of \u201cDo You Even Know Me?\u201d for LADBible, with Witherspoon asking her \u201cMorning Show\u201d co-star <\/a>to\u00a0guess her real middle name \u2014 Jane, Jeanne or Joan. <\/p>\n

Aniston guessed Jane before Witherspoon revealed, \u201cIt\u2019s Jeanne,\u201d adding, \u201cThat\u2019s confusing. I\u2019m Laura Jeanne.\u201d <\/p>\n

During a round of \u201cDo You Even Know Me\u201d for LADBible, Aniston discovered Witherspoon\u2019s full name is Laura Jeanne Reese.<\/p>\n

The stunned \u201cFriends\u201d star, 56, repeated incredulously, \u201cLaura Jeanne?\u201d as Witherspoon replied, \u201cThat\u2019s my real name.\u201d <\/p>\n

Still wide-eyed, Aniston doubled down on her shock. \u201cWho\u2019s Laura? Who the hell\u2019s Laura?\u201d she hilariously marveled. \u201cWait, Laura Jeanne? I\u2019m not calling you that from now on. \u2018Come on, Laura Jeanne.’\u201d<\/p>\n

Aniston then asked, \u201cWhere did Reese come from?\u201d Witherspoon confirmed Reese is actually her middle name.<\/p>\n

\u201cWho the hell\u2019s Laura?\u201d an incredulous Aniston asked. <\/p>\n

The mom of three <\/a>also divulged that though her given name is Laura Jeanne Reese, she\u2019s always gone by Reese \u2014 even before her acting career began. <\/p>\n

During the spirited back-and-forth, Witherspoon then asked Aniston\u2019s middle name \u2014 which, she replied, is \u201cJoanna.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cJennifer Joanna,\u201d Witherspoon said. \u201cJ.J. Does anybody call you J.J.? Well I do now.\u201d<\/p>\n

During a joint December 2023 interview<\/a>, the pair gushed over the longtime bond they\u2019ve shared since working together on the hit NBC sitcom.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve been in each other\u2019s lives for 20-something years,\u201d Aniston told Variety at the time. \u201cIt\u2019s just in our DNA that we are collaborators. We\u2019re partners. We\u2019re friends. We\u2019re girlfriends. We share all sorts of heartbreaks in life and love and everything.\u201d<\/p>\n

Witherspoon added, \u201cThere\u2019s a comfort to that. It\u2019s just mutual respect and years of experience.
