As rookies started reporting to training camps across the NFL,<\/a> all but two second-round picks<\/a> from this past April remained without deals.<\/p>\n

Now they all have one, except Quinshon Judkins, whom the Browns selected 36th overall. Judkins is facing a domestic violence charge in Florida.<\/p>\n
