Walker, the Calgary Stampeders have signed quarterback Logan Bonner to a deal, the team announced Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Bonner was signed in a flurry of moves by the Stamps, who have also added four defensive players &#8211; Devonte O\u2019Malley, B.J. The Utah State product has completed 29-of-50 pass attempts for his career, throwing for no touchdowns and five interceptions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The Stampeders quarterback room was decimated by injuries in their Week 16 loss to the BC Lions on Friday, with both Adams and Walker leaving the contest early.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Adams appeared to be hurt following a rush in the second quarter, while Walker, who came into the game in relief of Calgary\u2019s starter, was escorted off the field by training staff after landing hard on his shoulder in the late stages of the fourth quarter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Adams, who ranks fifth in both passing yards and touchdowns this season among CFL quarterbacks, was later revealed to be dealing with a rib injury, accruing to head coach Dave Dickenson, while Walker suffered an arm injury.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Third-string quarterback Quincy Vaughn was thrust into action with just over five minutes remaining in the game, completing his lone pass attempt for five yards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Calgary takes on the surging Montreal Alouettes in Week 17 as they look to keep pace in a crowded West Division playoff picture with just five games remaining on the regular season schedule.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"In the wake of injuries to Vernon Adams Jr. and P.J.
