He argued the payments were wrongly calculated based on a temporarily reduced salary instead of his statutory entitlement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"659\">But Judge Justice Daniel Goundar ruled that under section 11 of the Parliamentary Remuneration Act 2014, salary and allowances remain in effect until Parliament makes a new determination.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"746\">The case related to Bainimarama\u2019s alleged unpaid pension and gratuity entitlements.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"viti-plus-link-article\" href=\"https:\/\/www.viti.plus\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Stream the best of Fiji on VITI+.
