Tizeti Network Limited, West Africa\u2019s solar-powered internet service provider, is doubling down on its vision to transform broadband delivery with the launch of its New & Awesome (NA) deal.\n<\/p>\n

The initiative, set to roll out across Nigeria and Ghana starting October 1, leverages AI to overhaul the customer experience, streamline payments, and put unprecedented control in users\u2019 hands, positioning Tizeti as a pioneer in Africa\u2019s evolving digital landscape.\n<\/p>\n

For 13 years, Tizeti has disrupted the region\u2019s internet market with affordable, unlimited data and, more recently, its FreeFiber.Africa offering, which delivers speeds surpassing 5G and satellite competitors. Now, the company is shifting gears, betting that AI-driven infrastructure will redefine what customers expect from an ISP. The New & Awesome Deal, informed by five months of customer feedback, embeds AI across the entire service journey, starting from onboarding to issue resolution and payments.\n<\/p>\n

Starting October 1 for fiber customers, October 15 for wireless Wi-Fi users, and November 1 for subscribers in Ghana, the NA Deal introduces a suite of AI-powered tools. Customers can now monitor connection health, account status, and device performance directly from their smartphones, bypassing lengthy support calls. AI systems use Customer Identification Numbers (CIN) to instantly verify users, while real-time technician tracking and live service updates to ensure transparency during disruptions. <\/p>\n

Kendall Ananyi, the chief executive officer of Tizeti, stated that, \u201cAt 13 years old, Tizeti is evolving. We pioneered unlimited internet and introduced unlimited speed. Now, we are redefining service itself. The New & Awesome Deal adapts AI tools to give customers control, speed up resolutions, and make the entire experience \u2013 from onboarding to payments \u2013 simpler, smarter, and more transparent.\u201d<\/p>\n

The initiative underscores Tizeti\u2019s ambition to move beyond providing connectivity into delivering intelligent, user-centered infrastructure. As AI increasingly defines digital life, Tizeti is betting that customer empowerment and transparency will be the true differentiators in Africa\u2019s broadband market.\n<\/p>\n

Globally, leading telcos have already made this shift: Reliance Jio in India expanded from low-cost data into payments, entertainment, and cloud; Safaricom in Kenya turned its mobile network into a financial services platform with M-Pesa; and Orange in Africa has layered health, banking, and enterprise services on top of its network.\n<\/p>\n

Tizeti\u2019s bet is that Africa\u2019s next leap will follow this path, where connectivity becomes the baseline, and value comes from intelligent, user-centered infrastructure that empowers customers to manage their services, pay seamlessly, and tap into AI-driven digital tools.<\/p>\n
