Esha Velaga<\/a> fell to Ohio State’s Nao Nishino in her final back-draw match at the ITA All-American Championships on Thursday at 1 p.m.

\nNishino began the match winning the first set, 6-3.

\nVelaga responded in the second set with a 6-4 victory, tying up the contest and forcing a third set in the match.
\n\u00a0
\nThe final set belonged to Nishino as she advanced on to the next round of the tournament with a 6-1 win.

\nVelaga and her team will now prepare for the Cissie Leary Invitational beginning Oct. 3 through Oct. 5.
