Amanda loves hiking with her family. It you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Amanda has amazing muscles, so you wouldn\u2019t be surprised to hear that weightlifting is one of her go-to workouts.
