Denise Richards\u2019 estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, is preparing to call some big names to the witness stand in his ongoing and contentious divorce case<\/a> against the \u201cWild Things\u201d star.<\/p>\n

Page Six has exclusively obtained court documents Tuesday that reveal the Canadian actor, 53, may call Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville to testify.<\/p>\n

Phypers\u2019 attorney claims in the filing that Sheen \u2014 who was married to the actress from 2002 to 2006 and shares two daughters with her \u2014 can speak to Richards\u2019 alleged \u201chistory of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.\u201d Phypers has publicly accused his estranged wife of having a Vicodin addiction<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Page Six has reached out to Sheen\u2019s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.<\/p>\n

The actor is calling Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville as witnesses, among others, in his ongoing divorce against Denise Richards. BACKGRID<\/p>\n

The \u201cTwo and a Half Men\u201d alum, 60, and Richards have recently put on a united front. Earlier this month, she attended the premiere<\/a> of Sheen\u2019s new Netflix doc, in which she spoke about her ex-husband\u2019s own history of drug use<\/a>, and the two hugged it out on the red carpet.<\/p>\n

However, Glanville and Richards have been at odds for years, with the former claiming that they had an affair <\/a>while Richards, 54, was married to Phypers.<\/p>\n

Phypers\u2019 attorney claims in the filing that Glanville \u2014 like Sheen \u2014 can corroborate the \u201cDrop Dead Gorgeous\u201d star\u2019s alleged \u201chistory of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.\u201d<\/p>\n

A separate source exclusively tells Page Six, \u201cIn [an] effort to not allow this [divorce] case to be a Brandi 2.0, Glanville is being called to testify on Richards\u2019s credibility and manipulative moves.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDenise did [Glanville] dirty,\u201d the insider adds. \u201cAaron Phypers\u2019 witness list includes people who can deny Denise Richards credibility on telling the truth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Phypers, meanwhile, says in an exclusive statement to Page Six, \u201cCall Brandi Glanville what you like, but she is not a liar!\u201d<\/p>\n

Richards has always adamantly denied Glanville\u2019s affair allegations<\/a> and claimed when the cheating rumors first started that she was \u201c100% monogamous to [her] husband.\u201d<\/p>\n

Page Six has reached out to Glanville\u2019s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Phypers\u2019 attorney states in the latest filing that other names to be called to the witness list are his client\u2019s family members, who can address \u201call of Denise\u2019s allegations, as well as her [alleged] violations of court orders, her lack of fear, phone calls, messages, video she sent, violence by her, breaking Aaron\u2019s phone, trespassing in family members\u2019 rooms, Denise\u2019s drug and alcohol use.\u201d<\/p>\n

They also may call Richards herself and her father, Irv Richards, as witnesses to depose them over the divorce case and her alleged violations of \u201corders restricting disposal of assets.\u201d<\/p>\n

Others mentioned in the witness list are actress Kasia Wolejnio, counselor Wendy Bernacki, a woman named Sara Curtis and Terry Ahern. The attorney has also filed an opposition to redaction requests.<\/p>\n

Phypers\u00a0filed for divorce<\/a>\u00a0from Richards in July following\u00a0an explosive fight\u00a0<\/a>and is seeking spousal support from the movie star. Denise has accused her estranged husband of abuse, threatening to kill her<\/a> and giving her a black eye \u2014 all allegations which Phypers has denied<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

A source tells Page Six in response to those claims, \u201cDenise is employing the same egregious bullying tactics of lies and onslaught of legal maneuvers in attempt to suffocate the truth and overwhelm the respondent into giving up and succumbing to the tyrants\u2019 untrue demands.\u201d<\/p>\n

Phypers and Denise\u00a0tied the knot<\/a>\u00a0in 2018 in a beachfront wedding that aired on Bravo.<\/p>\n

Page Six has reached out to Richards\u2019 rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
