In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macrumors.com\/2025\/09\/30\/fcc-apple-vision-pro\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a filing spotted by MacRumors<\/a>, Apple includes a diagram of a \u201cHead Mounted Device\u201d that looks a lot like a Vision Pro headset.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">The details included in the filing are still slim, but it lists the upcoming headset under model number A3416 and says it will come with support for Wi-Fi 6, similar to the original Apple Vision Pro. In July, Bloomberg\u2019s Mark Gurman reported that Apple could launch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/news\/703364\/apple-vision-pro-second-gen-release-rumor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a new Vision Pro headset \u201cas early as this year.\u201d<\/a> It\u2019s rumored to come with a redesigned strap to combat head and neck pain, while code inadvertently shared by Apple indicates that it could have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/news\/759167\/apple-chip-bump-leak-vision-pro-ipad-mi\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a more powerful M5 processor<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">In addition to an M5-equipped Vision Pro, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/news\/694953\/apple-xr-devices-vision-pro-smart-glasses\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Apple is reportedly working<\/a> on a lighter and cheaper Vision \u201cAir\u201d set to launch in 2027, according to supply chain analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.
