Liverpool [are a big club], Chelsea<\/a> are in London. Newcastle\u2019s a bit cold, Man City are up there.’\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cIf they could spend whatever they wanted, which the owners could get the player over line, because you say: \u2018I’ll pay \u00a310-15m over the odds for him because I’m going to make sure I get him at Newcastle\u2019.<\/p>\n \u201cBut they don’t have that option, right?
