\u201cI remember going to a pastor and talking to a lot of different elder men who had had long-term relationships, were married for decades and stuff, and my pastor goes, \u2018Let me just ask you this, Mr. Risk Taker. What\u2019s the bigger risk?\u2019\u201d he recalled the pastor saying.<\/p>\n
\u201cI didn\u2019t want to do it because that\u2019s what you\u2019re supposed to do,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s time. We\u2019ve been dating for this long. We got engaged. I didn\u2019t want to do it by the book.\u201d <\/p>\n
The two would go on to tie the knot in 2012, and then welcome their third child, Livingston, that same year. <\/p>\n
