Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have already listed their UK home for $30 million just one year after moving across the pond.<\/p>\n
The couple is selling their farm estate in Cotswolds, England, for $10 million more than the purchase price, listing agent Andrew Barnes of UK Sotheby\u2019s International Realty confirmed to the Wall Street Journal<\/a> Tuesday.<\/p>\n The former talk show host, 67, and the actress, 52, reportedly did major renovations to the 43-acre\u00a0property, dubbed Kitesbridge Farm, which they purchased in Spring 2024.<\/p>\n Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are selling their luxury farmhouse estate a year after moving in. @ellendegeneres\/Instagram<\/p>\n The duo have listed their sprawling Cotswolds, England, property for $30 million. BACKGRID<\/p>\n The rustic home with modern finishes is comprised of several structures, some of which are connected by enclosed glass walkways, and totals 16,600 square feet of living space.<\/p>\n The main home, originally built in the 1700s, has six bedrooms and connects to a two-bedroom guesthouse. <\/p>\n The estate also features a party barn with a pub, a heated five-car garage and kitchenette, as well as a separate fitness center with a gym and heated swimming pool. <\/p>\n The couple made major renovations to the home. @ellendegeneres\/Instagram<\/p>\n The main house has six bedrooms. ellendegeneres\/Instagram<\/p>\n There is also a party barn on the property. @ellendegeneres\/Instagram<\/p>\n The pair have already moved into a new home nearby. ellendegeneres\/Instagram<\/p>\n The duo, known for flipping houses, reportedly brought in 70 workers to completely renovate the estate in just four and a half months (despite contractors telling them it could be an 18-month job).<\/p>\n DeGeneres and de Rossi only lived in the home for a month and have already moved into a new home nearby that is a much larger contemporary home with enough acreage for all of the \u201cArrested Development\u201d actress\u2019 horses. <\/p>\n \u201cWhen we decided to live here full time, we knew that Portia couldn\u2019t live without her horses,\u201d DeGeneres said in a statement provided to the outlet by Sotheby\u2019s. \u201cWe needed a home that had a horse facility and pastures for them.\u201d<\/p>\n They escaped to the UK countryside after President Trump\u2019s reelection. @ellendegeneres\/Instagram<\/p>\n They sold their Montecito, Calif., bungalow earlier this year. @ellendegeneres\/Instagram<\/p>\n Their realtor divulged that their new mansion looks like it belongs \u201cin Malibu.\u201d<\/p>\n In November 2025, DeGeneres and de Rossi fled the US <\/a>and permanently moved to the quiet region in South West England due to President Trump being re-elected<\/a> to serve a second term.<\/p>\n
