TORONTO (October 2, 2025)\u00a0\u2013\u00a0The Canadian Football League (CFL) is accepting applications for media credentials to cover the 112th\u00a0Grey Cup and the 2025 Grey Cup Festival.<\/p>\n

The championship will be played at Princess Auto Stadium in Winnipeg on Sunday, November 16 with kickoff slated for 6 p.m. ET\/5 p.m. CT. The 2025 Grey Cup Festival opens on Sunday, November 9. Additional information regarding the 2025 Grey Cup Festival, including event details, dates and more, is available\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Media must apply via the\u00a0Grey Cup Accreditation Portal<\/a>\u00a0prior to the\u00a0deadline of Monday, October 6 at 5 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT NOTICES<\/p>\n

Individuals applying on behalf of a group must email Herb Fung, Senior Manger, Communications and Public Affairs, at\u00a0hfung@cfl.ca<\/a>\u00a0before beginning the application process.Individuals awaiting formal internal approval to cover the Grey Cup and\/or the Grey Cup Festival MUST adhere to the deadline and apply regardless.The application process includes a question for those whose attendance is based on a particular team competing in the Grey Cup.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the Football Reporters of Canada (FRC), a block of hotel rooms at the Hyatt House Winnipeg-South\/Outlet Collection is available for members of the media. Booking information can be found in\u00a0the media accreditation application.<\/p>\n

Reservations MUST be received by October 6.<\/p>\n

FRC HALL OF FAME INDUCTION BRUNCH<\/p>\n

The FRC will host its annual Hall of Fame Induction Brunch on Sunday, November 16 in Ballroom A&B of the Hyatt House Winnipeg-South\/Outlet Collection.<\/p>\n

The event is free to all paid-up FRC members and their guests. The media wing of the CFHOF will welcome two new members this year: journalists Paul Friesen and Judy Owen.<\/p>\n
