href=\"https:\/\/vancouversun.com\/tag\/christine-sinclair\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Northern Super League;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Northern Super League<\/a>, Canada\u2019s first women\u2019s professional <a href=\"https:\/\/theprovince.com\/sports\/soccer\/bc-soccer-star-christine-sinclair-talks-new-business-ventures-vancouver-rise-and-drones\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:soccer;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">soccer<\/a> league through the lens of Canadian soccer icon Diana Matheson, who was instrumental in the launching of the league.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">After the film screens there will be a Q&amp;A panel with Emmy-nominated filmmaker Mich\u00e8le Hozer, Olympic medallist and Canadian Soccer Hall of Fame member Matheson and Vancouver Rise FC co-owner and legend <a href=\"https:\/\/theprovince.com\/sports\/soccer\/christine-sinclair-joins-vancouver-rise-ownership\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Sinclair,;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Sinclair,<\/a> an Olympic Medalist and the world\u2019s all-time leader class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Built by players and soccer supporters, the league officially started on April 16,\u00a0with six founding clubs:\u00a0Calgary Wild FC,\u00a0Halifax Tides FC,\u00a0Montr\u00e9al Roses,\u00a0Ottawa Rapid FC,\u00a0AFC Toronto, and\u00a0Vancouver Rise FC.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Tickets are now on sale <a
