Corey Heim<\/a> now holds the record for the most wins in a single NASCAR Truck Series, earning his tenth win of the 2025 season at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval.<\/p>\n

The result was an improbable yet incisive drive through the field after crashing into the tire barrier in Turn 1. He sustained left-front damage, but he managed to drive back to the front, passing every truck in his wounded No. 11 TRICON Garage<\/a> Toyota. With the victory, he also locks himself into the Championship 4.<\/p>\n

“It was not easy today,” said Heim. “I think this was probably the toughest one of the year so far. Just shows the resilience of this TRICON team. They fixed it up so good for me on the first lap, which was just kind of out of our control. I thought we were done. The right front completely folded when I hit the wall over there. Kind of out of breath just from screaming after that one. That was awesome. A record-breaking ten wins. That’s just a phenomenal accomplishment.”<\/p>\n

Heim’s teammate Brent Crews finished second in a heartbreaking loss after dominating most of the race, missing out on his first career win. He chose to pit for fresh tires, and simply couldn’t get back to Heim before the checkered flag flew.<\/p>\n

Gio Ruggiero<\/a> finished third in a 1-2-3 for TRICON, Rajah Caruth<\/a> fourth, and Connor Zilisch fifth. Josh Bilicki finished sixth, Grant Enfinger<\/a> seventh, Ty Majeski<\/a> eighth, Tyler Ankrum<\/a> ninth, and Connor Mosack<\/a> tenth.<\/p>\n

Stage 1<\/p>\n

The race immediately devolved into chaos as the top three runners all crashed in the first turn. Heim, Riggs, and Enfinger all suffered damage after getting tangled together just seconds into the even.<\/a><\/p>\n

All three playoff drivers needed repairs, but they didn’t get an actual caution until Ben Rhodes<\/a> crashed soon after at another part of the course, ending his own day.<\/p>\n

The stage was chaotic as several other drivers encountered issues. Parker Kligerman<\/a> suffered a mechanical issue, Timmy Hill<\/a> got spun out, and Chandler Smith<\/a> lost control in the final chicane.<\/p>\n

As expected, most of the leaders chose to pit before the end of the stage in an effort to gain track position, including Crews, who had dominated the race.<\/p>\n

This cleared the way for Honeycutt to win Stage 1 ahead of Majeski and Ankrum.<\/p>\n

On pit road, Niece Motorsports<\/a> teammates Matt Mills<\/a> and Bayley Currey<\/a> collided, causing damage to both vehicles.<\/p>\n

Stage 2<\/p>\n

After pitting, Stage 1 winner Honeycutt was back in 15th for the restart. Crews regained control of the race.<\/p>\n

There were some more incidents during Stage 2, but nothing that necessitated a caution. Kris Wright and Jake Garcia<\/a> spun in separate incidents, and Dawson Sutton<\/a> went off track after tangling with Hill for the second time during Friday’s race. Andres Perez also went behind the wall with a broken axle.<\/p>\n

Crews once again gave up the stage win for track position, opening the door for Honeycutt, who swept the stages and gained 20 points in the playoff fight. As he won Stage 2, Enfinger crossed the line in second and Caruth in third.<\/p>\n

Stage 3<\/p>\n

Crews continued to hold the lead throughout the final run of the race. Josh Bilicki got spun out while running inside the top five at the hairpin, and Matt Crafton<\/a> got spun out in the same corner later.<\/p>\n

Heim muscled his way by Zilisch and tried his best to run down his teammate for the race lead. While he chipped away at it, he probably wasn’t going to get there in time.<\/p>\n

However, when Toni Breidinger\u2019s truck suffered mechanical problems and stalled on track, it pushed the race into overtime.<\/p>\n

Crews, who was worried about fuel, pitted from the lead. Heim stayed out and inherited the race lead.<\/p>\n

Zilisch restarted fifth and he was the top driver on fresh tires, while Crews was seventh. There was instant chaos as trucks started pushing and shoving. Honeycutt lost a top five finish after getting spun out, and he was not the only one.<\/p>\n

Racing into the hairpin, several trucks collided in the battle for second. Chandler Smith spun, but the incident cleared the way for Crews to get back up to second.<\/p>\n

However, at that point, Heim was long gone and well on the way to setting.<\/p>\n
