Good news, mystery fans! Todd Borg is the featured author at Browsers Corner Book Store\u2019s next author event on Tuesday, Oct. 7 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. (this time in the library Digitorium). He will preview his new mystery Tahoe Speed, the 23rd in the very popular Owen McKenna series. It is a mystery inspired by Tahoe\u2019s history of great speed skiers.<\/p>\n

Along with Tahoe Speed, Todd will also speak about his new highly rated series Josie Strong: A Dark Road Suspense Series.<\/p>\n

Todd Borg\u2019s Owen McKenna series has gotten great reviews coast-to-coast and was chosen by the prestigious Library Journal as one of the Top 5 Mysteries of the Year. His books have also received \u201cbest new fiction\u201d accolades from libraries. As of May 2025, Todd\u2019s books have gotten over 91,000 reviews, ratings and \u201cshelvings\u201d on Goodreads and Amazon with an average of 4.6 stars.<\/p>\n

Browsers Corner Book Store is thrilled to once again host Todd Borg, but heads up on the new location! Last year we found that we couldn\u2019t fit all of Todd\u2019s fans into Browsers and we had to turn people away. This year the Carson City Library has generously reserved the Digitorium for the event, which offers more seating.<\/p>\n

Join us for a fun author event with Todd Borg, Tuesday, Oct. 7 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the library Digitorium. The library entrance is right across the street from Browsers on Washington Street. Just go through the glass entry doors and turn right. The Digitorium is on your right \u2013 you can\u2019t miss it.
