The intersection of Lower Spadina and Queens Quay is also off limits as police investigate. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Drivers are advised to expect delays in the area and consider alternate routes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">This is a developing news story.
